「We stayed at Hyatt Place in Lakeland for a dance competition at RP Funding. I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff. Every staff person I came in contact with was so nice and helpful. And it was great to walk out the door and walk into RP Funding. . 」

「The rooms were clean and comfortable. I don't have a problem with that. Apparently the ice machine on the first floor was out and everybody had to go upstairs to get ice. Their breakfast buffet was pretty much nonexistent not what I'm used to when I travel but again it was clean. 」

「Sleeper hit motel-style option! Very nice and comfortable rooms with clean facilities. The building may look a bit old from the outside, and it is. But they more than make up for it with fresh renovations and kind staff. The breakfast was rather rudimentary which was appropriate for the price (though the breakfast sausage was surprisingly good). The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I didn’t try the pool but the pool area has very cute fixtures and amenities like gazebos to sit and relax...

「Older property, but room has been redone recently. Shower and bathroom sinks looked brand new. Bed was comfortable. Room was just what we needed for a night’s stay. FYI- they offer only coffee for breakfast, but there is an IHOP next door and a McDonalds across the street.」

「Overall positive experience. The hotel was very nice for the price. Room was nice enough. Microwave and fridge in room but no coffee maker. Had to go to the front desk to get a remote for the tv. We were there two nights and did not get maid service so I don’t know if we stayed longer if there would have been anyone that came by. Lots of restaurants close by as well.」
