「我们被安排在电梯旁边的房间，整宿的电梯上下轰隆轰隆的声音让人无法入睡，找前台服务员被告知没有房间可以调换，我整宿只睡了不到三个小时，这是我最遭糕的一次住宿体验，这个酒店有这种情况，我认为是设施陈旧的表现，已被我列入黑名单了」

「The room smelt like old beach sand. The shower only trickled out. The beds were like sleeping on bricks. No give at all. The pool was nice and the ice machine produced alot of ice. I know it isn't the hotels fault but the city water was awful. It smelt like rotten eggs with heavy sulfur. I tried canceling the remaining of my stay but only would refund one night of a three night stay. Find better else where.」

「Buyer BEWARE!!!!! This place should be condemned. Smelled like garbage. Walked in and left 5 minutes later without even caring to get my money back. Went a little ways up to Holiday Inn. This place has bed bugs. I feel bad saying this bc it looks to be a family run business since they live on property and saw a bed and child. But these standards are horrible. 「You expect quaint. You get unsafe, unsanitary and rudeness. You realize from the check-in through a tiny gated slot that this is not going well. You climb the rickety stairs up and follow the uneven hallway down to the room and use your old fashioned door key to enter. Inside the room is extremely outdated, mismatched, and smells of old Chinese food. The sheets are stained. There is no AC in the Florida summer. There are wire hangars in the open closets. It feels depressing, dank and eerie like...

「This house is absolutely beautiful! Prior to arrival, all needed info- check-in, wifi code, door access, everything was communicated. The master bedroom, with it's own hallway and bathroom, has a lounge style sitting room attached. The patio is larger than it appears in the photos. The lake out back is so peaceful. 「Very nice for families. We always stay at the Little Mermaid 1st floor rooms, the rooms are showing a little age but we like the new Amazon echo feature, “hey Disney, order room items…,” and you can receive linens and towels for example from housekeeping. The grounds and pools are immaculate. We’re excited to hear that the Little Mermaid rooms will receive renovation sometime in the coming years! We’ll be going for years to come to the AoA!」

「Every year my kids participate in the State Science Fair. We have stayed in many different hotels for this and this one was the nicest and most convenient. You can't be closer to the RP Funding Center, and you can walk into the super cute downtown area if you want.」

「They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. 」
