"Over all we had an average stay. The pool near our room was closed so we had to use the pool on the other side of the hotel. The pool towels were never available for us. The hotel was clearly having an air conditioning problem that made it uncomfortable in the main area , dining area and kids play area. The store in the hotel was well stocked with a large selection of emergency items and snacks at a reasonable price. We enjoyed the onsite Starbucks, bar and restaurant.. The hotel was a decent location with a lot of dining options nearby."

"I loved staying here! We came with the whole family and the resort made us feel right at home. The lady operating the front desk (Rhode Island Im sorry I forgot youre name) was the first sign our vacation wasn’t a total loss after a terrible journey. Would have loved to stay even longer! 5/5. "The property is lovely. The gardens and ponds are wonderful. It is very natural with different bird species. The accommodations are more than adequate. Great place, have stayed there often. And will be back. "
