"The property is renovated but stay away from this hotel. The windows are paper thin and if you get a room highway-side then you will be AWAKE ALL NIGHT. For god sake at least put double glazed windows if not the sound deadening ones. Why a single glass window next to a highway in 2026? NO ELEVATOR, good luck carrying your suitcases up the stairs! Stayed five nights and NO ROOM service. Had to ask to get fresh towels. People were rightfully dumping there garbage next to ice machines. NOT Recommended and NEVER staying there again. Also hate the barn doors on bathrooms, no latches and lack of hooks to hang any thing. Where am i supposed to put the clothes when changing or showering?"

"I felt the room being a little older and I can hear everyone outside my window yelling, talking loud. I know we are in a hotel but it just felt a lil bit uncomfortable. "

"I love that you enter rooms from the inside instead of outside. If I enter a room from the outside, it feels like a motel. The staff was super friendly, and they responded to my texts and messages in the app fast. I asked pretty late, but there is a shuttle from the hotel to the parks, and if I had stayed longer, I would have definitely used it. They were also quick to let me know about the restaurant since I got to my room pretty late. I was able to do late check-out at noon, and that extra hour is worth it. I had them hold our bags a couple of times while we went out and they were great and accommodating with that. I think the staff I was messaging works there so shout out to - Luis S, Julia, and Christopher"

"Staff was excellent. The room and location of the were perfect. The Starbucks staff was very friendly. The pool and surroundings were clean. The only complaint was the strong smell of weed during the night. We went during spring break, and yet, it was very relaxing. Very calm environment with a great pool for families of kids for all ages. The pool has a very shallow end with a splash zone for little ones. The hotel has a mini arcade. The Starbucks store sells inflatables, sunscreen, and other essentials. The hotel is very near a big McDonald's with a play place and arcade inside. There are a couple of arcades very close by, as well as a mini golf and gift shops/souvenir shops. I would recommend it if you rather spend more on parks and toys for the kids."
