「The hotel was amazing. We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded to a suite which was unbelieveable. The bed was really comfortable and everywhere was very clean and smelt lovely. The breakfast was lovely. Loads of choice of meats and cheeses and pastries. If you want cereal or yogurt or toast it's all available. Do not go expecting a full english as you will be disappointed. The staff were all really helpful, nothing is to much trouble. No problem parking. If you want a relaxing place to...

「Das PortBlue Pollentia ist insgesamt eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Besonders gut gefallen haben mir die großzügige Atmosphäre, die sauberen Zimmer und die ruhige Umgebung. Die Anlage eignet sich gut zum Entspannen und als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit einem guten Gesamteindruck.」

「It's a small but very nice hotel. Room is clean with large bathroom and good wifi. It's front desk staff especially Christian is very helpful. The roof top area is good for gathering with friends for drinks and Jacuzzi too.」

「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「Lovely hotel, and nice amenities Lucia is an absolute super star and was so helpful when my father got sick, and was so caring. I wish the rest of the staff were all like her, only feedback would be the buffet evening food, this needs to get better but everything else made up for that! Car park is helpful and the bike room was secure for my boyfriend Ironman」
