「It was our second time at Son Caliu Hotel and Spa this year - It didn't disappoint and all our expectations were met. Location is fab for a chilled holiday - Pretty quiet with a few nice restaurants and a beach bar nearby. Walkable distance to Palma Nova. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. Nice staff, not so much for the hotel itself.

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
