「L’hôtel est idéalement placé, présente bien, et les chambres sont assez spacieuses. Par contre, nous avons eu un désagrément (douche froide pendant les 3 jours, VMC qui ne fonctionnait pas donc odeurs très désagréables, et lavabo bouché). J'ai écrit sur hotels.com mais le gérant n'avait pas vu mon message. Il était désolé et a dû corriger les problèmes après notre départ. Je mets 4 étoiles pour cette raison, sinon il aurait eu 5.」

「Nice accommodation in a really good place close to the beach. Quiet and clean. Only downside is we were there for 4 nights and the apartment wasn’t serviced during that time, so we had to collect clean towels from reception. 」

Além da localização ser perfeita, o apartamento é bem espaçoso, super equipado e o prédio, apesar de próximo ao centro é silencioso. Além disso, agradeço imensamente à amabilidade em nosso check in pois gentilmente nos permitiram entrar antes do horário já que chegamos à ilha de ferry às 6 am. Certamente voltarei ao Borne Suites. 「我们是4人一房的， 一室一厅的小公寓式房间。厨房空间很宽敞，考虑很周到；房间设备齐全且先进方便。酒店楼顶很棒，很舒适悠闲，适合悠闲聊天晒太阳的下午，唯一有点失望的是泳池太小了。酒店的服务人员都会英文，非常热心。酒店位置很便利，周围逛街吃饭，去可以到达海边的公交站都非常方便。」

「位於Mallorca北部的度假飯店，距離Palma大概40分鐘車程，飯店服務非常好感覺有特別訓練過，隸屬Groupotel飯店集團底下的4星飯店。 我在此待了三天，所定房價包含了早餐及晚餐，若住客多，則都是採Bufet制度，雖然稱不上是非常高檔，但是整體來說還不錯（島上餐廳並不多），房間空間也大，此外，飯店對面即是美麗的海灘，對於早上晨跑者來說是一大享受，若有考慮Alcudia則非常推薦此飯店。」

「1. The Bonavida Pines building is, at best, a 2.5-star property—not the advertised 4-star standard. We booked this hotel based on photos of Bonavida Palms; had we seen the actual images of Pines, we would not have chosen to stay here. This is clearly misleading. 2. There is no view at all—the “partial sea view” claim is simply untrue. 3. The bathroom sink has had a foul smell since we arrived. 4. 「We made the most of the 24hour shuttle service offered by the hotel. It was value for money compared to external transfer services but sadly, the transfer wasn't waiting for us when we came through arrivals hall. We had to chase with the company. When he did arrive he drove us to what we thought was the hotel and drop us off, telling us to walk just around the corner. Unfortunately this was the wrong hotel, a very similar name so we then had to organise a taxi to take us to the correct...
