「This is a cute little motel. I would say that it is fine for an overnight stay but would be difficult for a longer stay. The place is very clean and you can tell that they work very hard to keep it to work nice. The rooms are not large and the bathrooms are ridiculously small. If you've read reviews about the toilet to be extremely close to the shower, that is accurate but I didn't find it that upsetting. Or room looked nothing like the pictures on the website so that was a bit of a surprise....

「The pool and beach were beautiful. I do feel the rooms need a little face-lift, like repainting the doors and maybe up dating the bathrooms. Food was excellent! But the menu was small. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely go back.」

「The continental breakfast was nothing but cereal and sad looking pastries. We stayed long enough to have cleaning service which amounted to the maid coming in throwing the comforters over the unmade beds and leaving two new towels without taking the dirty ones. They dumped one trash can. The hotel is very convenient to the beach which was the main reason we stayed there. I’m not sure if I would stay again. It was a lot of money for so few amenities. 」

「Parking was private and super easy. Room 6 was large, spacious and very nicely accommodating. Shower was larger than expected with excellent water pressure. Location is near a very busy intersection with views of the water, the swing bridge, and lots of action but so worth it to be part of it all for downtown’s hustle and bustle of small town Beaufort, SC. Almost walking distance to everything. A great place to stay.」

「The room was very clean except the shower curtain was about a foot too long and that part sat in the shower floor. It was nasty dirty. I spoke with Kensley at the front desk and she made it right. I really appreciated her helping me. 」

「No one cleaned room. There was a dripping sound coming from the bathroom ceiling a good part of stay. Needed to close bathroom door not to hear it. Reported it to staff. No safe in room. 5 hangers in closet. Had to request more. Shower floor slippery. Breakfast was very nice. 」
