"The room was large, but had no dressers, so unpacking was not possible. Room is supposed to sleep 4 too, it had two drawers. Maybe that's enough for a one or two day trip... Anyway, doesn't seem like they are serious about rules enforcement, but maybe not entirely the fault of staff as there are multiple things that have conflicting information. For example, the pool hours; the paper received at check-in said 7a-10p, but the hours listed inside at the door to access says 7a-9p and then again the 'rules' signage around the pool state simply dawn to dusk - it really is 7a-10p for the record. Breakfast was pretty good, same thing every day but it was cooked correctly and tasted good, especially for a complimentary meal. The coffee maker (Keurig) in the room needs cleaned, it made a cup of coffee but it also sprayed all over the counter too. The room is listed as an 'Apartment' with kitchenette, but no hotplate - likely for safety of the property and whatnot... But the microwave was an air fryer microwave so we were able to make some meals that way. The pool is the best part of the hotel, add in the lazy river and everyone of any age has something to do in the water. The gentleman that checked me in clearly had no idea of the hotel layout, as he directed me to park on the opposite side of the building from our room (this was after traveling all night from the West Coast, but that's details he wouldn't have known). Overall, the stay was good and I would recommend and stay again."

"The room was immaculately clean. The furniture is newer with no stains or tears. The water pressure is good and the hot water doesn't run out. The bed was very comfortable and our room was quiet. We had a smaller room, so there was only one nightstand which I didn't like. The TV in the living room was off-center from the couch because of the kitchenette so that made watching it awkward. The balcony was screened in with a table and four chairs which was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised the bathroom had a deep jacuzzi tub. "

"The access to the pool was great but was limited due to the area under construction. The room setup was great but not the best on smell. It had a combination of cleaning bleach and a smell from the bathroom sorta like sewer backup. The staff was very friendly."

"When arrived the vanity light flickered we called and they sent someone to fix it while we were away. It worked ok for a few minutes then went back to flickering. Th shower handle had to be turned all the way hot to even get a luke warm shower in the evening. The bathtub was so slippery my husband I almost fell then he put the bath mat down and the floor was slippery even with the bath mat he almost fell. The breakfast price was so high we didnt even try. The entry door to our room stuck so hard that we had to use our room key at least 3 times to get out. We won't be booking here again."

"Great big pool, huge dining area, great gym. All the things you need to enjoy Orlando! The Drury is nice and so convenient "

"Practically no information provided at check-in. Did not get the free shuttle service as we were not informed you had to book and reserve a seat a minimum of 48 hours in advance. All the common spaces and elevator were filthy. Took two days to get fresh towels to shower. Food was lukewarm at best. pool was great though."
