「This resort should be called Accidental Punta Cana. Booked room online. Arrived there. Front desk said no rooms availables. Had to fight with them to get a room. Overpriced for 5 hours stay. They wanted cash to have a better rate. No control over the students that were there for Spring Break. They yelled, fought, swear and everything was ignored. “It’s Spring Break” they said. We heard these students yelling until 4am. The rooms are NOT sound proof. No one did anything. Trash Resort.」
