「Overall the stay was great. The only thing I wasn’t happy about is that we put the “do not disturb” sign on our door and can tell that while we were away, someone entered the room and took some towels and replaced the trash bags. Though was nice, I didn’t like that someone came in when we had the sign on the door. 」

「The rooms were spotless and update. However, the walls are very thin and we could even hear snoring from another room. No kleenex in the room and we had to ask for washcloths. We had told by the nice clerk the night before that someone was in our parking spot and she said it was not a problem that we couldn't park there. The next day we were told by another clerk (possibly the owner?)we were in the wrong parking spot and had to move. There was no table for the outside chairs on the patio...

「23:00 fire alarm rings, everybody rushed out! Then the next morning 7:30 fire alarm rings again. But the hotel didn’t give any explanations!」

「Can’t beat the location and proximity to shopping district. Very friendly, helpful staff. Forgot my pillow but we swung back by and they had it set aside. The only downside was our room faced the street on the 1st floor and the traffic never seemed to stop.」

「Natasha at registration was very efficient and welcoming. We are on a lengthy road trip staying at 4 and 5 star hotels, and our experience at the Water Front Hotel was just very enjoyable. The hotel and room were very clean. One issue was the drain in the bathroom didn’t work.」

「Traveling to visit Salem was made easy by staying here at this hotel. My fiancé and I enjoyed our one week stay and we both loved the breakfast variety that they had to offer. The little omelettes with the bell peppers and the waffles were my absolute favorite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did have a pricing issue because of a check in error, but it was fixed and I was refunded the excess amount fairly quickly. I had to go to the front desk twice to rectify this problem with my computer. Being on a business trip made this difficuot.」
