"We stayed here before and after our cruise. This hotel is so nice! The check in and out process is very easy. They also have a free shuttle to and from the cruise port. When we checked in after we got back from our cruise they held our bags and had a room ready within an hour. They go above and beyond for their guest. "

"Hotel Flor is a gorgeous historic building with beautiful accommodations. We needed early luggage storage while we waited for our room, and that was very helpful. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. We were able to check in prior to our scheduled time, when the room was ready. Our room exceeded our expectations. Located in the CBD, we enjoyed the River Walk, Tampa Theater and a local restaurant. All within walking distance. We would highly recommend Hotel Flor, and will stay there again."

"We stayed here when our daughter took the bar exam so it was just due to convenience. The breakfast buffet is what you would expect. The "complimentary evening reception" they could make so much better as it is very limited on beverages/snacks. Most people skipped it and went to the bar. I found that requesting something from housekeeping was next to impossible. We did not want our room cleaned just request towels and the housekeeper (Beatu) told us no. We then called the front desk.. We never got those towels and went to borrow from the pool area. Speaking of the pool it is extremely small. In my opinion it has more of a motel vibe. We would never go back by choice. "
