"This was a really fun resort. Great location. Beach was awesome. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Cleanliness was not great but expected for an older resort. I would definitely go back again. "

"The lobby and lounge bar are nice, and check-in staff are friendly. If you arrive early, do not expect early check-in. Their rooms are rarely ready early. The elevators are limited, extremely busy, and shared with work staff. Be prepared to wait for an elevator for up to 10 minutes during busy times. My check in time was 4 p.m., however my room was not ready... It was almost 6 p.m. before we were able to go to our room. The hotel was nice enough to comp us $100. Our room was beautiful with a nice view. They would tidy our room up every day. That was nice; however, they did not sweep or dust. There was beach sand and hair from prevous guests on the floor and surfaces. Dust bunnies were everywhere on the coffee tables and floors. I did not like how the dirt and hair from previous hotel guests stuck to my socks. If you don't like your feet turning black from the dirt that never gets cleaned off the floor, I suggest, leaving your shoes on. The bed was comfortable and overall, our room was spacious. The beach was convenient with a nice view of the ocean. There were pros and cons to staying here. I'll share a photo from balcony in room. The view is nice. Cons: The extremely slow elevators, dirty, dusty floors in my room, and check in time rarely being on time. They do not provide room service. Pros: Staff was friendly and accommodating, rooms were spacious and tidy (Albeit not throughly clean), beach was convenient, and the bed was comfortable."

"The Hotel is really good for the price and the location, is an older hotel but the rooms are renovated and the pool is small but cozy. Love that they have parking on site. Recommended "

"Front desk person was not overly friendly. Although he helped me with parking I felt like it was an inconvenience. The rooms had terrible covers. Terrible pillows. No Kleenex. Extra charges were ridiculous. High end Hookers / prostitutes were outside "

"I love this hotel so much. Second time visit and I never want to stay elsewhere in FL. I’ve never slept on a more comfy mattress. they have a shuttle to take you to a cruise but if you are on Disney, you can WALK TO THE SHIP! Doesn’t get any better than that"

"The room itself was okay. The pool also was okay. We chose to eat at the outdoor dining, and it was substandard. The portions were small, the flavor was mediocre at best, and took forever to get the food. Additionally the grab and go market in the hotel had a better beer selection than their ‘full bar’ at the pool. The shuttle to Port Everglades is not operated by the hotel, it’s an external company that you have to contact and book a slot. Front desk staff were wonderful though and got us into a room at 11am."

"I was a little disappointed with this resort. I realize that it is spring break, and I know that times are tough. But being a Westin, I just found it run down. One of the elevators was broken so it was always difficult to get up or down from the room. The main restaurant is pretty awful. And our room smelled pretty bad, the toilet keep flooding.
