「Fabulous stay. Oceanfront and incredibly clean!」

「Great location & view, room was clean, beds were comfortable. Does need some updating. Bathroom needs a little tlc, rust in the bathtub. Staff was awesome, very friendly. Were always asking if we needed anything, even helped with the luggage. Will definitely stay again!」

「I love having my own space, especially with my dog. They were okay with her barking during the day and when I would stay at the resorts they would call or text me to come get her even though she was doing what dogs do. The staff were very sweet and got us anything we needed. The cottages do not have an ocean view but it is one block from it. The only thing that frustrated me were the televisions. There were 2 remotes for each TV and we never could figure out the living room TV. Even with help!」

「Worst place worst front desk people on the planet」

「The room was clean and very nice with a large refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave. There were utensils and plates, cups, etc. Even though it is listed as a beach view, it is not directly on the beach. Having a balcony is nice, but if you want to really see the ocean, you need to get on the top floor. However, beach access is an easy walk across the street and a small parking lot. Worth it for the lovely room and price. Also, there is no elevator, so be prepared for steps on floors two...

「Staff was great, owner or manager, old dude was a jerk. We have booked via Expedia multiple times a year for over 10 years, this was the first time that our chargers were only for the first night and we paid the rest on site, we typically pay all upfront. When we asked for clarification the guy came out and was incredibly rude. He said the fees were because we had a dog with us. I clarified that the dog is a service dog he then back peddled and tripping over his words demand to see my bank...

「If I could give this place zero stars I would. The rooms are disgusting and look nothing like they look on the pictures online. The room they gave me had mold on the lampshade, paint chipping off the walls, broken outlet covers with exposed outlets. I asked the front desk person if I could cancel my reservation that I only reserved only an hour and a half before I got there, and he told me that I could cancel but he would charge me $800 if I did. I still didn't stay in the room. I left...

「Location is great. Overall stay was good Some issues we had: • Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit. • The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure. • There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do.」
