「Property is beautiful but i did not enjoy my stay. Main pool was closed for half of my stay. Staff wasnt really friendly. Excellence club doesnt get you any perks; Everyone can access the “private” beach and pool. I booked the Excellence club suite with the swim-up pool, they dont bring drinks to the swim-up. After calling the service desk a few times I was finally told they dont offer that service and that I would have to leave my room to get a drink like everyone else. Getting a drink was hard...

They have so many things you can do on the property and will help organize any adventure outside the property as well. The owner was there and made sure to introduce himself to us when we arrived. I understand why many guests we met there have been coming for so long. We will definitely return. 」
