「They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back. Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!」

「We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

「Nice resort, overall lovely staff, beautiful grounds. Wifi is included but 'general visitor' for the whole place and terrible requiring sign ins over 10 times per day. Food was good, restaurants mediocre with minimal choices and same salad bar. Formal night means nothing, allowing flips, shorts and Ts. Disappointment Bars were few with long lineups, the hand washing of the plastic drink cups was ever concerning. Drinks were good though and those poor bartenders tried their best. 'No reserving...

「Our room was surprisingly cleaned. It was cleaned every day and I believe it was twice a day. The staff there were delightful everyone was happy, they evenremembered our names. We felt very good being there The hot tub water was very hot just like it should be they are bars everywhere I mean the staff at the bars also as well were very attentive and very much looking forward to pleasing all the guests.」
