「Everything was good, just doesn’t seem too personal. And also, the food was average for how fancy they tried to make it and how long it took. The food was pretty bland and didn’t really impress us also the drinks were just okay nothing special. But the property was beautiful and well kept.」

「Sinceramente en el momento que fuimos había poca gente, por lo tanto super tranquilo el establecimiento. Debemos destacar la atención de las recepcionistas y especialmente de una de ellas que estuvo presente en todo momento. Lo único malo es que estuvimos dos días sin agua caliente y los enchufes para conectar el USB no funcionaba y no lo iban a arreglar durante nuestra estadía.」

「We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

「We liked that it is sister hotel with resort next-door. We also liked that it is quiet there, and no noisy kids crying or screaming.」

「Oom Bubble Boutique is gorgeous and unique. Despite our late evening arrival, we received a warm welcome from Gabriella and quick tour to get our bearings. The front desk were extremely responsive to our WhatsApp messages throughout our stay. The bubbles are simple and stylish, with a tucked away toilet and both a bath and very comfortable bed in which to enjoy the night sky. We slept really well, serenaded by the jungle symphony. After a delicious breakfast, we enjoyed an amazing massage...
