We found a stay overall relaxing and enjoyable, but there are a few things that make the resort lacking. The pool does have an incredible view but there is only one pool with limited loungers and daybeds - we were always able to secure one. There was public and private beach access, but no loungers or staffing. If you need to use a daybed or lounger down to the beach, the staff would have to bring it out to you. Access to the public beaches are through a side alleyway that goes down into a tented massage area with rocks and seaweed and overall it’s not a good experience to get down to the beach. Not very easily accessible, if you are handicapped or impaired in someway. The food is a set menu which you would expect to be a higher quality, but we found the food to be at most times bland and simple. The menus are repetitive with not much variety for the breakfast menus in particular. They often did not have items in the menu or even drinks that were advertised. That being said, it was nice to not have the hustle of a buffet. We found the room spacious and inviting spacious housekeeping did an excellent job to keep it clean we did have an issue where the room got too humid due to the AC not working after messaging concierge. This was resolved the next day. This resort lacks amenities, such as a gym or other places to hang out. We did find the pool table and darts fund but the areas are not very big or inviting - think hallway. Overall, we had a good and relaxing time.

First, I want to say I really enjoyed my stay here! *But* there are definitely pros & cons to this hotel: Pros: The views are amazing, the room is HUGE, the shower & bath were fantastic, the pool on the balcony was perfect for relaxing.. the balcony itself was super private, I was on the 2nd floor, and I really liked that for sunbathing. I was traveling solo, for the purpose of relaxation and I completely achieved that. The bed & pillows were also super comfortable Cons: The outdoor balcony pool took nearly 2 hours to fill up. Unfortunately, the maintenance man who had to fill it asked me some inappropriate questions that made me uncomfortable as a solo female traveler. When I expressed I was uncomfortable, he did retreat but I just felt he shouldn’t have in general. The pool immediately started to drain and I didn’t want to call him back in - so I just enjoyed it while I could. The food was not great for breakfast & dinner. Lunch was the highlight for me, from the restaurant- not the snack bar. But I noticed the menu didn’t change at all and it was already limited to only a handful of selections. If I was traveling with a partner, I’d skip the all inclusive and buy a bottle and some snacks for the daytime and go out to dinner. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t awful but I did find an eyelash on the ground & there were some stains on the top sheet. I didn’t turn on the jets in the tub because I was too afraid of what might be in there.

Staff was excellent! Rooms are older and could use some updating. The hot water was not very hot and you had to move the knobs to find the hot water. The tub water had dirt/sand in it. The hot tubs also had dirt/sand in the water. The pool was being worked on while we were there, fixing the tile at the bottom. We were still able to use the pool.

Bathtub in room takes over 1 hour to fill up due to very low water pressure, food is very low quality and inconsistent, chef seems like he has no clue what is going on. There is no proper beach access. Rooms are very spacious and clean, staff are very friendly and competent. Hot tubs on roof either barely work or don’t work at all, very nice view from the room but no beach access from the hotel, you need to walk off the property and go around. Bar/restaurant by the pool closes at 5pm so if you want a drink after 5 by the pool you need to go all the way to the other restaurant. Honestly if you just need a place to stay and don’t plan on staying in the resort it’s a good option, if you want to stay on the resort for most of all of your trip I would not recommend.

I honestly don’t know how this place can call itself an all-inclusive resort. This was one of the most disappointing travel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, things were already going wrong. My room was not ready at check-in time, and when we finally got in, it was clearly not properly cleaned. There was no toilet paper, and when housekeeping brought some later, it looked partially used and stained — completely unacceptable and honestly shocking for any hotel, let alone an all-inclusive resort. The room itself was old, poorly maintained, and in desperate need of renovation. The TV didn’t work at all, furniture was worn out, and everything felt neglected. Nothing matched the photos advertised online. It felt more like a rundown motel than a vacation resort. Food options were extremely limited. There was only one restaurant operating, which completely defeats the purpose of paying for an “all-inclusive” experience. Variety was almost nonexistent, and meals quickly became repetitive and disappointing. Another major issue: the hotel doesn’t even have its own proper beach access, which was one of the main reasons I booked this location. This information was not made clear beforehand and felt very misleading. Customer service from management made the situation worse. The manager was rude, dismissive, and showed little interest in resolving concerns. The only positive part of this stay was the hardworking staff members, who clearly tried their best despite.

Rooms were large and we'll laid out. This hotel has a lot of potential. A few move staff members. No ATM, 2 restaurants, no beach access, broken tiles in the pool, Jacuzzi tub, top shelf liquor not included, no live entertainment. I will not be staying here again.

First thing you should know is that a taxi from Cancun airport will be about $150 USD!! So plan for that. Also…this is NOT a swingers resort which had me a bit worried after reading some reviews. This is the perfect resort for a quick weekend and all you want to do is eat,drink and pool! A taxi to anywhere is very expensive. The room is HUGE and very clean! The bed was very comfortable. The only issue we had was the water pressure in the shower. We only ate in the dining room and the food was good. Omelette every morning and I had the fish every night..salmon, bass, mahi..all very good. Definitely would stay here again for a quick weekend! If you want to see the area or even leave the resort I recommend renting a car! Easy to drive, no crazy drivers like you think.

The room and the views were amazing nice and clean and we loved the staff! We were hugely disappointed with the food and lack thereof. Often out of items on the already limited menu, pretty tough to find fruit or vegetables. The menu in the one restaurant on site changes nightly but we couldn’t find anyone who knew what was in the menu until midday day of. We spent a lot of money on cabs and dining elsewhere. Pretty grim in the food department and we are easy to please, fruit and vegetables available would have been a saving grace The place is quiet and relaxing otherwise

Our room and view were stunning! Everything was clean, staff were so friendly!! The beach was gorgeous with beautiful sand and easy walk in to the ocean. Breakfast was delicious as were our other meals at their restaurant. This hotel is a little out of the way but worth it!
