「The air conditioner ran great snd cool. There was sufficient parking and close to assigned lodges. Office staff was pleasant and check in process sinple and efficient. My husband and have visited this site twice now nad trult enjoyed ourselves no complaints or issues that have presented themselves. My husband drives tru ks for a luvingand is only home once a month. 「Hotel is what you expect, a low cost room in an old hotel in a college town. Two miles north of the stadium, an acceptable stagger back to the room after a Gator's victory.」

「Dated but clean, well maintained property. A bargain in Gainesville. Only negative, the flood lights in the parking lot bleed into the rooms despite blackout curtains. The strong light gives the impression the area is not safe. The area is safe. Tone down those lights. 」

「Check in was a breeze. I did book online through a 3rd party app. The room was basic king room microwave, flat screen, and mini fridge. Did not use the tv. The bed was comfortable. I had a room facing the gas station. It was a monday night so it was quiet. No bugs that i could see. The water pressure was awesome. If you are a single traveler and looking for a place to sleep for the night its great for the price. Please dont expect a castle. If you are bougie stay somewhere else. For us simple...
