After checking in, decided not to stay.

The front desk staff was friendly. But the room, including the refrigerator and microwave were in bad shape and were not clean. The floors had not been washed. Everything was in need of a refresh. The amenities were not new and appeared to be used. The staff was nice and apologized and refunded my money. I did not stay. Would not recommend.

The front desk person was pleasant. Didn’t like that I had to pay a fee for using a business credit card. Wasn’t told that when I booked the room. The place needs a thorough cleaning and updating. Smoke pails out side of every door is very tacky.

in the heart of everything

It was ok, a little loud from the other guest. Clean rooms but a little on the old side, little expensive but it the heart of everything, Bar & grill next door with a liquor store a cross the street. Hot water for sure but a couple of the towels were dirty.

This was the dirtiest place I have ever paid for. Dog hair all over the sheets, dirty floor, body hair on bathroom floor, tub, sink and ice container. Loud tenets slamming doors and makimg noise all night. I left with an angry spouse because of it , so thanks for that

I felt like an inconvenience when checking in. Shower and bathroom were unclean. Hair and hair ties on bathroom floor. There are steel buckets outside of every room as ash trays. That's not a pleasant smell to walk out to. Basically not recommended unless you a place to crash after a drunk.

I forgive the front desk clerk for over charging me, she apologized and was probably sorry I caught her. Could not control the ac unit. No coffee maker, dirty seating chairs.

Sound between rooms was ok, road not so good but it sits right by road so expected. Room was not that clean. Mirror and Kleenex container looks like it hadn't been clean for a very long time. Bathroom was clean. In pic shows bedspread but they just use a sheet for a spread, ok I guess but one bed sheet was a little dirty and hair on it. Looked like one woman was trying to do everything, needs some help. Was full because of hurricane. Been in worst.

horrible and filthy

Awful. This was a terrible experience this is a filthy room. This was a stay during hurricane Milton. There was absolutely nothing else available. I was upstairs which is okay except I had a cat and a dog. The power went out and there are no emergency lights. I can tell you it was quite precarious this morning trying to get my 14-year-old dog down a flight upstairs in the dark in the rain in the wind. The room itself I can't say anything about except yuck. Nothing was cleaned absolutely nothing. If I had not been in the middle of a hurricane I would have left. Not having safety lighting is not a good thing and when I did complain to the maintenance person he said oh yeah that's about the one hundreds complaint I've had about that. It's dangerous and it's illegal stay here at your own risk.
