Brett and Stan were the absolute best and so accommodating! I’ll definitely be staying here every time I come down. Everything was very clean, and having fun restaurants right onsite was such a bonus!

Spot on experience for visiting the Rainbow River! Comfortable clean room with a tiki bar/ restaurant, Boat Rental’s and even an air boat tour pick up on site! The staff is happy and helpful. This is my second time to stay -so happy!

Pleasant staff with convenient location near Rainbow Springs and Rainbow River. Clean room kept at very cool temperature which was perfect with the Florida heat. Quiet location, slept great! Blue Gator next door is a super cute spot to sit and have a drink and watch the boats go by. Good food too!

The room was nice as well were the staff. The adjoining restaurant was very good and well priced. This is a dog friendly establishment so keep that in mind. I would gladly stay there again.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! The location was great for the springs and kayaking. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The floors left the bottoms of our feet black with dirt, so those could use a little more attention. Overall would stay again.

Great spot to stay at close to Rainbow Springs. Love the bar, the food and the atmosphere. The service was great and everyone was helpful and nice. The rooms were cleaned and nicely appointed. Beds a little uncomfortable but overall a great stay for a night near the springs.

Our stay here was perfect for what we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend an Airboat tour with Captain Bob as well. We would stay here again.
