「Everything about this place is beautiful and I love it so much that we will come back soon」

「I was not overly impressed with my stay at this resort. Having the name Ramada by Wyndham is very deceiving. The outside of the building was ok. Seems as if they recently upgraded and were still possibly getting ready to do more renovations. There were 3 elevators. One was out of service. The 2 that did work made me feel extremely unsafe when riding on them. They were noisy and is sounded like metal on metal all the way up and down. Besides that they were also not clean. The rooms themselves...

「The staff was extremely helpful. Location is perfect. We had problems with the toilet for our first few days and were about to complain but my husband fixed it. Beds were very comfortable except for the thick pillows. We didn’t use the pool or lazy River, but I know a lot of families would love it. We would definitely come back.」

「What I appreciated most was the customer service. The staff was friendly and informative. Satisfied all of my requests and was professional the whole time while doing it. The pool and gym both were clean and inviting. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.」

「Rooms were spotless, view was amazing, we asked for a late checkout but the lady kinda just scrugged me off , like she was to busy to check or didnt want to be bothered, so that was kinda annoying but everything else was great.」

「This is my new spot. Loved the tiki bar and live music down at the pool. Room was nice and clean and smelled good. Staff were kind and welcoming always had a smile.」

「It’s in a great location… the first night we walked to dinner and Ubered back. The pool is clean and the beach access is not too many steps (important for me who has bad knees). The room overall was clean and comfortable for a long weekend at the beach. The only thing that threw a wrench in my plans was the fact that I couldn’t use my virtual credit card to pay - they had to have the physical card there which I don’t always carry. But other than that it was great. We would definitely stay here...

「The unit we stayed in was great, house keeping checked in daily, Heather the bartender was very friendly! We will definitely be back. The resort could use some new mats near the evaluators for a more polished appearance, same with the title at the pool water fountain, just attention to small details. Overall great stay!」

「Ac leaked in the room so the floor was wet & the ac couldnt keep up so it was hot during the day and cold at night. We did find a cockroach in our room. Not a 5 star experience.」
