"In the proper they didn’t give you any amenities not even water in the room. You can get some ice but if they don’t give you anything not even a hand soap or anything to take a shower so if you plan to visit that motel is better if you take your own stuff they never come to clean the room on the time that we’ve been there we have to take out the trash and buy some trash bags to put in the trashcan so we can keep using it they never cleaned the sheets When we get in the hotel the bed sheets was dirty."

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, I knew I was in good hands. The gentleman that checked me in was great! My room was cleaned and the bed was comfy! After I checked out I got a call stating I left garments behind (wrong room), but I was shocked I got a call! I have never had a hotel offer to ship ANYTHING! That was above a las beyond. The clothing wasn’t mine, however I was still very impressed by the effort to return the items. I will definitely stay again!"

"I booked on a third party site, and the front desk upgraded me from the assigned handicap accessible room to an upgraded room. The room was great, I've never seen a true suite with them before, the room would be awesome for a several day stay... so much room, and two TV's... if the TV's worked. I asked for help, and 1.5 hours later, still no TV's. Went out for dinner and asked for help... got a "Oh yeah, I was going to send someone" response. The TV's did work when I got back, just expected better from them."

"I thought bc of the price for the room SOMETHING was going to go wrong, the staff was gone rude or something negative was going to occur no matter what. I was COMPLETELY WRONG!! The room was very clean, the young lady who checked us in was so nice(sorry didn't get her name, young beautiful queen)!! She made sure we knew where everything was at even asked us what floor we wanted to be on. She didn't just throw us in any kind of room. We had the bathroom with the jet tub...it was amazing!! The convince of not having to get on the main road was great too. Leave out left or right cut straight thru to any store, restaurant, or shopping center. We stayed April 25-27 for my birthday and we will definitely be returning and staying in room 227 again next vacation!!! Thanks for making it a great weekend for us!!"
