"Lazy river was not working and pool was not as clean. I did not like the arcade but overall the property and stay was good."

"Pool area was great. Resort is doing renovations and half of the pool was unusable and no restrooms were available except to go to the third floor. Our room was nice but noticed the bathroom wasn’t completely clean( toothpaste left on counter) but housekeeping did bring towels daily. There was a major leak under the sink, once reported it was repaired."

"The gentleman who checked me in was incredibly friendly and professional. Unfortunately, that’s where it ended. There is no way that this facility should be included in the Fairfield or Marriott portfolio. It was dirty, beat up, not well maintained and smelled horrible. I literally left and found somewhere else to stay."

"My first trip to Myrtle Beach has been wonderful! Dong Shirley, Michelle, Leo, and the entire housekeeping crew have been fantastic. I’m truly enjoying my stay here at the Embassy, but I wanted to let you know about a few maintenance items in Room 2001. In the bathroom, the toilet isn't flushing properly and the bowl feels loose. The tub drain is also acting up, and the closet handle is a bit shaky. Thank you so much for listening and for being such an amazing manager Mary. Believe you me, if I’m ever in Myrtle Beach again, I would definitely stay here. I just wanted to make sure you were aware of what’s going on with the room!"

"We ended up not staying there because of many issues with room after waiting for hour and half after arriving we saw room and it was not what was reflected online. "
