「Very clean and comfortable, staff are super friendly」

「The staff at the reception desk had everything ready for us when we arrived. The room was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything we needed. We did not use the pools or hot tubs but they were in use constantly for the week we were there. The area was always neat and clean. The room was exactly as shown and we had a great view of the ocean and beach from the 14th floor. I would book Bay Watch again without hesitation.」

「Immediate proximity to the beach was amazing. We had two rooms, which the staff upgraded to suites upon our arrival, and that was much appreciated. Various staff we encountered we all very friendly and courteous. My only wish would have been more parking. Even off season, it felt like a daily fight for parking.」

「First and foremost staff was excellent, caring and attentive. They always are interested in helping with any request and what else they could do to make the stay better. The place itself is dated. The room had everything that one would need. However, dated would be the appropriate word. That being said, the room was cleaned perfectly. Could not be happier about that.
