「This was an excellent stay for our journey to London. The location is great, quiet, and easy to navigate to many destinations. The room was a bit delayed for our check in, but we were able to be seated at the bar until the room was ready. The room is a bit outdated but comfortable with a touch of British feel. 「I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new...
