Moreover, it was made apparent at one point that outsiders or non-guests are able to access the rooftop pool area to the staff’s knowledge. This issue is particularly pronounced as the non-guest, delicately put, is quite an unsavory character. We intend to return but hope that such issues are appropriately addressed.」
