Needed a place to sleep while I visited my son who’s at college. Did the job well. It rained a bit during my visit but the heater worked well in helping me warm up at night. It would be nice if there was a blanket or throw to use while watching tv. I ended up just pulling the comforter off the bed & used it. Otherwise it had everything I needed for my short trip.

Relaxing, peaceful, beautiful, welcoming. I was surprised actually see coffee in the cupboard when I can brew as many pots and coffee that I wanted. I was surprised to see everything was just perfect. I will definitely be staying here again

The two or three roaches running around my room and bathroom in the middle of the night were a real problem. One ended up in the shower and I had to shower with him in the morning. Not OK.

Do not stay here!! I'm currently fighting a battle to have my money refunded. Unbelievable that this owner has a list of rules a mile long that clearly were not followed by any previous guests. There was hair in bathroom sink, the furniture was filthy dirty, and bugs ( I believe roaches) both dead and alive. We left property within minutes of arriving when a live bug literally crawled over my foot. The outside area was also disgusting. Tons of dog poop in yard ( and again, owner has rules regarding this). I have pictures to share. Owner did not respond to us until a day after we vacated his property. This was a most unpleasant experience being 2000 miles from home on an extensive road trip. We had to scramble to find other accommodations while in Phoenix and have endured multiple expenses because of this situation. Of course we were required to pay for unit up front and had to pay a cleaning fee even before arriving. Now I'm having to endure "a process" to have monies refunded. ZERO stars is my rating.
