「En nuestra llegada no nos trataron con amabilidad. Cuando llegamos al cuarto el lavamanos estaba lleno de pelos, el zafacón encima del inodoro y la cortina de la bañera enrollada, al parecer iban a limpiar el baño y nunca lo hicieron o no lo terminaron. La funda de la almohada estaba manchada. No nos sentimos cómodos y no se sentía limpio, solo íbamos a pasar una noche porque salíamos de viaje temprano en la mañana, única razón por la que decidimos quedarnos porque ya era tarde en la noche.」

「Este Hotel está perfectamente ubicado en medio del pueblo de Cayey. Cerca de Restauntes, fuimos a Jalea 100% y Awacate 100%. Buen ambiente cerca en La Plaza y La Casita de la Musica. La verdad muy limpio y las habitaciones amplias, son literalmente apartamentos. Hagan su reserva sin dudarlo.」

The air conditioning ducts had a strong musty odor, not only smelling of dampness but also resembling the smell associated with mold or black mold growth.
