"This was a great hotel, very clean and with friendly and helpful staff. I love that the restaurant is opened 24/7 so you can get a meal at any time. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the beach so that was also a huge plus. "

"Had a very pleasant time. Good was good not great but good. Staff was very hospitable attentive and friendly. Felipe and Diego at the seafood restaurant went out of their way so did Johnny and and the waiters at the pool area. Only complaint was when one the the girls at the towel station gave away my chairs that I had reserved at the pool area. According to her I had left my chairs unattended for more than an hour when all we did was go have breakfast and came back to our chairs at the pool which only took about 30-40 minutes. Other than that my stay there was very relaxing and peaceful. I tidally recommend fiesta Americana and would definitely stay there again. "

"The Garden View room was great, had ocean view as well. The rooms were nice but could use a bit of maintenance. pool was great , nice size with swim up bar. Al a cart restaurants were good only two choices though. Buffet was OK . Staff were very friendly. "

"We stayed here for a week and we were put in an adjoining room. We could hear every conversation in the other room and they weren’t quiet. There were no drawers to put our clothes so we had to keep everything in our opened suitcases on the table. There was 1 cockroach found in the room on the fridge. The room had a great view of the ocean on the 11th floor with a nice balcony to relax on. There were only 3 restaurants to choose from and they usually served the same food. Not a ton of amenities, the bars don’t open until 11-12! The gym had very few machines and some were broken. To my gringo friends: do not eat at the hotdog/hamburger food cart unless you want bathroom issues. Overall we had a relaxing time, but got bored by the 4th or 5th day. "
