「This is a new hotel and it feels like new. The only downside would about it would be that it's about 15-20 minutes walk to the beach. But the neibourhood is more upscale than ZR or Centro. Many stores and restaurants close by. Staff is great as well.」

「The woman who helped us check in to our room, answered all our questions and offered us coffee was lovely. Instructions on how to access the hotel and which building it was was unclear, and when I called the number provided the man was not very welcoming. We enjoyed the shared outdoor space, the air conditioning in the room and the proximity to the airport and downtown. 」

「I've been to this hotel many times and previously loved it, due to the location, but especially because of the service. This time, the entire feeling was different. The service was very poor. Staff were actually rude at times. Just one example- We waited in the Sports Bar for over an hour after ordering our food with the waiter telling us, the food would be coming out soon. After an hour, he finally admitted that the chef had just arrived, because they didn't actually open until 1:30pm? 」

「The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. 」

「Safe and good location, 5 minutes walk to the airport. Facilities are in good condition, room is clean and tidy. Staffs are polite.」

「We were supposed to be at Zoho but unfortunately we were not. The week before we arrived Moxybnb switched us to Deck 12 they said the apartment in zoho was under repair. Although we appreciate having a place to stay the move was definitely a downgrade. Week 2 we are at Zoho and it’s a very nice facility 」

「The staff was amazing! Everyone was so helpful. The food was delicious. And really, not enough can said about the service. We really enjoyed the club services, definitely worth the upgrade. Location wise, the resort could not be in a better place. My only complaint would be that the hotel itself needs a bit of an upgrade, the pools need to be refurbished, and the bathroom in the rooms as well. Overall… great.」
