「This is a new Hotel, everything was excellent 」

「Unique and charming hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Stayed in the penthouse suite which was beautifully furnished and very comfortable for our family. While the immediate neighborhood is a little gritty and noisy, it is in a great central location to walk to restaurants or take short Uber rides to Versalles, Centro, Zona Romantica and beaches. The only negative was that the advertised pool restaurant/bar was not operating. This was disappointing as the convenience of having breakfast, snacks...

「The room was clean and the common areas are beautiful, which we really appreciated. However, the breakfast was not very tasty, and the service in the restaurant was quite slow. If these areas are improved, the overall experience would be much better. 」

「We were supposed to be at Zoho but unfortunately we were not. The week before we arrived Moxybnb switched us to Deck 12 they said the apartment in zoho was under repair. Although we appreciate having a place to stay the move was definitely a downgrade. Week 2 we are at Zoho and it’s a very nice facility 」

「The staff and resort was awesome. I liked the idea of the European plan therefore I wasn't always feeling like I had to eat at the resort so got to explore some great places to go. The pool and anemies were good. On the European plan it is cheaper to eat al a cart verses buffet and I find I can't eat enough to justify the buffet. Tip your waiters directly they really appreciate that and give great service. The fiesta night every Thursday is very with while going to. Great location so you...

「The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. 」
