"Angel the bellman, and the front desk manager, female , glasses awesome attitude, made my overall experience. She held my hand literally to my room. I had expectations and upon arrival there was co fusion, the bellman took it upon himsepf to take prder and accommodate my request along with front desks help. I got a baller patio (3408) down side my ac wasnt pushing to be as cold as i would have liked it. Their tech was out for the evening , they pffered me another room but i didnt want to give up my patio. Lol so i asked for a fan and they got me 2 instead until the next day. Very kimd staff. I would return and even ask for the same room becuase of the view and space it had to offer. "

"If you’re looking for clean, updated rooms with sufficient A/C this isn’t for you. If you’re hoping for a selection of brand liquor you’re not going to find that here. If you’re looking for an inclusive resort with good dining/eating options, again this resort probably isn’t for you. The buffet was one of the worst we’ve encountered and the à la carts weren’t any better. Booking the à la carts was a challenge. But, if you’re looking for a resort with different pool options, a GREAT beach, plenty of lounge chairs, mostly friendly and helpful staff, an amazing kids pool/activity area and doesn’t break the bank then this definitely a good option. Close to the airport, shopping and a short cab ride to the Malecon!"

"Clean room but was very hot ac had hard time keeping up. Staff was excellent from front desk all the way to food. It wasn’t a beach view that was the only bad thing, but did provide transportation to the beach "

"The front desk staff were not informative. They didnt give us the wifi code, we thought it may have been on the info sheet that was in spanish, didnt notice till we got to the room. They do have it in english. Never asked if we were going to use the safe in the room. You need to get a bolt with a key in it, in order for the safe to work. They only put coffee out at 6.30 am. Sometimes not till 7, however they seem to forget the milk/cream. Never put out hotwater for tea, actuall no tea for 3 days. Just little things that could be tweaked by traing the staff. Only 2 small bottles of water left in the room, have to always ask for more. Suggestion, maybe 2 garrfon on each floor so people can refill their bottles and save on plastic containers. However the food was very good."

"Lots of restaurants nearby. Roof top pool and views are amazing. Check-in was incredible. BUT, I can’t give 5 stars for three reasons. The rooms and hallways are dated and need attention. To get to the beach you have to walk through the next door hotels lobby and finally, it’s very noisy as it’s right on the Main Street, the 200. "

"View from room was wonderful. Tub on balcony should have been a hot tub. More evening entertainment needed. Music in restaurant and by the pool needs to be improved."
