The staff at this location was amazing! Very nice, helpful, and overall provided a good experience at this resort. I will say that the property itself is a bit dated, room was bit dusty, bathroom sink was clogged, and the AC was not keeping the room cool despite keeping curtains closed. One of the two elevators in one of the towers was inoperable for two days, leaving a constant long line of guests trying to get to and from rooms or leaving guests to walk up/down 16 floors. The beach was great. The property is literally steps away from the water and is very walkable to and from different hotel properties. There were more than enough beach chairs and covers to be able to layout. The only downside were the many vendors soliciting items/activities but they were all really kind when you declined anything. The food was just ok. There was a grilling event on Wednesday that I really enjoyed as it showcased really amazing flavors of the local food. Outside of that, I could have skipped most of the food offered on the property. Speaking of property, the location is really good. Close to restaurants and shopping. Everything is within walking distance and every easy to navigate. Overall, this place is a good place if you are on a tight budget and want to have a relaxing vacation. Again, every staff member were amazing, very helpful and welcoming, just hoping they can renovate the property and up the food game.

Todo Ok, la comida fue muy buena para ser buffet. Todo en general bien con excepción del elevador que se descompuso un par de veces y nos toco subir a escalera 10 pisos en una ocasión. La habitación tenia hongos en el silicón de la regadera, cuarteaduras de los acabados en el balcón, las barillas para abrir y cerrar las cortinas se zafaron. La televisión tenia la pantalla quemada, se veia con tonos morados obscuros y era muy incómodo verla. Pedí que la cambiaran desde el primero de 6 dias, pero no me hicieron caso.

Entiendo que puede ser por el target al que se dirigen pero por dignidad deberían cuidar todos los detalles del hotel, la habitación los colchones muy malos al igual que las almohadas y lo triste es que las fotos que hay en la app no corresponden con nada de la realidad y el estacionamiento no sirve su pluma y parece YONKE de tantos autos abandonados

I stayed here Sunday&Monday night once I landed and had a great experience. The breakfast was awesome tons of options, Thanked the Chef before checkout on Monday. Then booked my last night for Friday night because it’s close to the airport and Juan was awesome plus Barbra helped me Saturday afternoon before my flight back to Canada at 6:30pm. Very family friendly resort, location is great, staff helpful, friendly and fun. I’m so glad they spoke English making it easy to communicate and hardly had to use my translator! Definitely recommend for anyone, there’s lots of options for things to do close by. Very happy with my stay here because it’s my first time in Puerto Vallarta.

Room did not look like the pictures online. Our balcony door latch was broken and did not lock. Changed rooms & the other room was also broken. Had to change to a third room where the door finally locked. Room was dirty. Roaches inside room couldn’t have snacks/ food out. Staff was rude when we tried to ask them for accommodation. “Your room is paid for there’s nothing we can do for you” .. Elevator was broken all day so there was a long wait to go up to the room and down to the lobby. Terrible.

Very pleasant surprise. We checked in at night at the special Expedia desk. Had great service and were even given an ocean front room. We booked 1 night but were so happy to find this hotel for a decent rate that we extended for 2 more nights. Nothing fancy no frills and didn’t get the food package but were happy with the service, accommodation, beach access with pool and location in PV. Thank you

This is not a super luxurious resort but is very good. Mostly seems to be a domestic clientele so the food is much more like “home cooking” than other resorts. We liked that. Staff were all really good. Nice village feel in the complex.

Very dated and dirty. Room had no hot water and the sink was broken. Housekeeping didn't replenish wash cloths or hand towels. Room door did not shut properly. Food was mediocre and dishes and silverware were not always clean. Some staff were unpleasant. Pool areas is small and dirty. Litter on beach.
