「The property, parking & rooms are beautiful. However…my daughter and I both had the worst sleep of our life here. It was so extremely uncomfortable (bed & pillows) we were up for 2 nights. Also, we got scammed upon checkin. Our reservation was cancelled and we were never called about the card we used on file. The staff member said “oh we cancelled alot of reservations this morning. But don’t worry we’ll just rebook it for you. Someone should’ve called you”. No one called, the price was double...

「Very helpful and polite staff. Everything was clean, there were a few areas where age was beginning to show but was not a problem. Good breakfast. I will say that the people that designed this motel must have been thinking in terms of 5 year old kids when they ordered toilets. They are way too low for adults and when you get to be 85 like I am, getting up from low positions sometimes presents a challenge.」

「overcrowded and loud music early in the morning in parking lot. In the 2 night stay , the toilet was backed up even after the maintenance came in the first night. Our key card to get in the room worked the first night but not the second night/ We had no remote in the room for the TV as well」

「Our room was large and very clean. The only thing that keeps me from giving a five star review was the noise. All night I was kept awake by stomping and noises of moving furniture around above us. The side wall wasn’t very good at noise insulation either.」

「At check-in, the staff member was poorly groomed and seemed more focused on his phone call than assisting us. The elevators had a bad odor. In the room, the door latch didn’t work properly and the security lock appeared broken, as if it had been forced. Some lights were partially hanging from the ceiling, and the curtains were dripping. Overall, a very poor experience. I wasn’t expecting luxury; just a decent place and this fell far short.」

「Was a first class hotel and is now in poor condition, the owners need to spend some $ the golf course next store is closed and nothing but weeds and cut down trees. Most staff are very nice.」
