「Great place to stay after a long day at Kings Dominion! Place was nice, clean, quiet! Front desk staff and housekeepers were all very nice and friendly! Breakfast was great and the lady stocking the breakfast was very nice and helpful! Will 100% stay again! Such a nice property tucked off the main road!」

「Bathroom was nasty! The paper towel holder was broke from the wall, the vent in the ceiling was tore completely out! Their toilet felt like it was broke completely off the floor! There was a roach in the bathroom! All of that was in 153 I have pics! I rented three rooms and one had a dirty sock in it the other had a pair of men’s shoes left in it! I will never stay there again!」

「This was the second year we chose to stay here for a baseball tournament. For the price it can’t be beat. Our King room was large, bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful to have - we ate most of our meals at the table and chairs provided. I rise much earlier than my husband and enjoyed the two minute drive to Wawa (also within walking distance- just not for me) for a coffee while watching the planes landing at the Richmond Airport across the street. 「It was clean and comfortable. If you want coffee in the morning better get to the breakfast bar early. The good thing is WaWa is about 200 feet away from the front door. Chinese and Mexican restaurants are about 150 feet away.」

「Overall, the room was clean and spacious. However, the bathroom is claustrophobically tiny. No mirror or wash basin in the bathroom. Room cleaning is only every other day. That is a major turn off. Breakfast was just okay, not much variety. Fruits were especially stale, consistently.」

There were sticky spots all over the food stained floors in the dining area. The room smelled of old, used cleaning water. The towels and bedding matched the same terrible smell. The mattress was very old and had little to no support. Do not recommend at all.」
