「This was the worst time of my trip. I stayed on the second floor and forgot to close the door and go downstairs. Someone stole a bag. I lost a lot of clothes and important items because the hotel did not install a camera on the second floor.」

「Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go.」

「When we came to check in, the lady was great but wanted to give us a different room than what we booked- after waiting we finally were able to get the correct room. The breakfast wasn’t great, the juice tasted watered down. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly and our room stayed at almost 80 degrees the whole weekend. For the money, I would not stay here again.」

「So we paid for wifi that never worked. When we called the front desk, they told us to call a separate number that never actually answered. At least one of us got sick from the air conditioning in the rooms that seem like they have never been cleaned. Actually my worst experience ever at a hotel booked through expedia.」
