We loved our stay at this location. We travel a lot and often stay at Marriott properties. Our room was great and the location was very convenient. A block away from the hotel is a lovely wooded park. It has a great walking/ running trail and a new, fun children’s playground. That said, the highlight of our stay was the staff. They were warm, welcoming, helpful, and clearly enjoyed working together. To a person, every staff member was friendly and eager to do anything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Room was great, but the shower didn't get hot. Mentioned it to the front desk, they didn't seem concerned or interested....just stated it was a fully booked and we were on the 3rd floor, so nothing they could do. Glad we only stayed one night, as luke warm showers aren't fun

The property was excellent - very clean and a convenient location to dining and shopping. Breakfast buffet was nice touch. We the size of the room and the friendly staff - I will definitely be back again.

The room was really nice, I shared it with my sister, and it accommodated two people that weren't sharing bed space. The breakfasts were awesome, so much better than the typical "continental" fare. This was my second stay at this hotel and will not hesitate to stay here again. Gym facilities were great, and the outdoor space makes it feel like you are home.

This was my first stay here and I have found my only spot to stay when I need a hotel in Richmond/Midlothian. The staff was amazing and so friendly and the room was spacious, clean, and very convenient for bringing your own food/snacks with the refrigerator and microwave. Definitely recommend!

Rooms are large, full kitchens. Nice lobby and good breakfast. Room could have been a little cleaner, some makeup stains in bathroom and cabinets in kitchen could have been wiped down better. Very convenient area, lots of shopping options and easy parking near room.
