「We stayed for five days for a wedding and traveling around Richmond, DC. The hotel was nice and the staff was always helpful. The elevator was the only thing I didn’t like. I always felt like we were going to get stuck, it made a loud noise and kind of freaked me out. Other than that, the hotel was great. Literally the most comfortable beds, bedding and pillows ever!」

「The weirdest place I’ve ever stayed at. Don’t stay there. I thought it looked like a quick and cheap choice for a property with a bar, but there was nothing like that there. It was pretty hood, too. Say hello to the blondie who I asked if there were any toothbrushes, and of course there were not any toothbrushes, available. 「The front desk staff was very polite and enthusiastic, providing us with attentive and thoughtful service. This hotel offers excellent value for money, and he even arranged an extra room for the three of us.」

「Just stunning」

Finally around 10pm I was put in a proper room. The front desk receptionist did her best to help but as she could not get in contact...

「Rooms are always clean the people that work there are great people」

「TV didn’t work, staff wasn’t helpful. It didn’t work throughout the stay. Staff made not much effort to fix or offer options. Just said we called TV company and “they will do what they can”. Nothing was done.」

「Love the all-day and all-nite coffee. That’s super helpful to keep me going and saving me some real money over Starbucks. Just a good solid Hampton Inn: quiet location, many food options walkable nearby. Serves its purpose as a comfortable, safe mid-level hotel extremely well.」

「Hotel was very clean. A very nice location. I would stay there again.」
