It was a planned one night stay. Check-in was very impersonal and unwelcoming. Room carpet showed signs of not having been vacuumed. Room was comfortable, bathroom clean and updated.

This is my new favorite lodging

This stay was for a family visit and as a Hilton Honors member, this was a convenient location. I was very surprise at the service offered for the price point and the pleasantness of the room. This was my third stay at this location and it will be my go to spot when ever I visit Family in Richmond.
