「Super happy and helpful staff- only true issue is the “i need to get you into a presentation” hassle. 「Loved the A La Carte restaurants' menu and the buffet menu was pretty good too! Also love the view, pool, beach, numerous activities and them being all-inclusive! The housekeeping, room service, and everything are worth 5 stars. I would say the teppanyaki restaurant fell short of expectations and food was quite bland in my opinion. But overall 5 out of 5 stars experience and would highly recommend this hotel!!」

「From the time you arrive through the gates until you leave, you're taken care of. All you have to do is relax and have fun. Lots of activities everyday. So many pools to keep cool. The beaches are great! The staff is very friendly. There's all types of food, you can eat your favorites for every meal. The rooms are comfortable, cleaned everyday and great air conditioning. I can't wait to return, i miss it already!」
