「The front desk staff were all very polite. Additionally, I needed assistance with setting up a sofa bed, and they were very efficient. They quickly arranged for someone to follow up. The only drawback is that the drainage the bathroom shower is a bit slow, which can cause water to accumulate and seep out. Apart from that, everything was great and very comfortable.」

「請一定要預訂Deluxe Room價格沒有多多少。 Family Room空間小，加了床空間更擠，連行李都難攤開，另外請排除1樓的房間，浴缸瀉水超級不順。 這飯店的好處是它就在Victoria 列車站側門對面40秒，走路7分到巴士客運站(一日遊集合點)，後面街道有一整排餐廳都很棒。 走路也可以到白金漢宮，大笨鐘跟倫敦眼。」

「Sloane Place.... is in the right place! The location was perfect... two minute walk from the Tube (Circle and District lines) and a bus stop... only a mile's walk to Harrod's, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace- Parliament Square/St. James Park just beyond that. The room itself was not huge but was certainly adequate with TWO comfortable chairs to sit in. The staff was very helpful, and the cleaning service was excellent. 」

「Our room is cozy, spacious and clean! Beddings are clean and crispy. Mattress is so soft and comfy. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Hearty and nutritious breakfast available every morning. The location is convenient. 7 stops by bus 436 or 36 from tube station (Oval), with loads of great pubs and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Not quite noisy at night even we slept with the window open. Totally safe and chill to take a walk at night. Easy to get around by buses. Will definitely stay there...

「The lady (which is alright) put us in a double bed room in the back of the reception. We can hear people talking all the time. Dont trust the map, it took us about 15 mins walking (under the heat wave) from Victoria.」

「Facilities is wear and old, the bathroom/toilet slide door is shaking and could not close completely, the gap cause leakage of bad smell to the bed which is close to the toilet door. The washing basin is too small causing splash of water when washing face or brushing teeth. The space is too small for 3 person room which no space to place 2 medium sized luggage suitcases. Heater is far from the double bed which is not warm enough during the night at 0 degree. Wi-Fi always disconnected. Price is...
