Budget and basic hotel but perfect for an overnight stay in London at a cheaper cost. Clean and comfortable room, plenty of space. Great location for victoria coach station and underground.

There are a lot of stairs to get to rooms. Customers in bad health or woth jeart conditions should not book. Otherwise clean and friendly service. Shower and toilet is basically a refurbished closet but clean and any person under UK dress size 20 can move about. Windows do not have safety bars so take care if travelling with kids as they can easily open and get out. Tv was about 12inch. Room and bedding was clean

The room was really nice, large and airy it was kept ommaculate. Only problem was that i had to go up two high floors, whuch after wondering atound the city, was a bit demanding fir my age. But ror younger people tjis is an excellent place fod yhe price.

Ok stay for one or two nights

Ok for a short stay but hotel is very tired and things need replacing and painting. No mattress protector on the bed, no hand towel, no shower mat. Funny smell in the bathroom probably the drains. Location great, ten min walk from Victoria.

Large room, small bathroom, dust on top of and behind cabinets, cobwebs in the corners, panel loose hiding the bathroom pipe work, hole in wall under dressing table, some marks on the bedding, noise coming from room above squeaking floor boards and not very noise absorbing, area located in was brilliant for getting to the underground and sights

Great cheap hotel in heart of the city

Great cheap stay in the city for the night. Well connected close to Pimlico station and unbeatable for price. I ordered a single room and got a little bit comfortable room with a decent queen size bed and a balcony. Rooms were a bit tired and dusty but Cannot complain one bit for the price
