「The Ette was a fantastic experience for my daughter and I as we were in Orlando for The Summit cheer competition. The hotel is beautiful, everything done perfectly, and the staff was the best we’ve ever encountered. They were also so incredibly sweet to my daughter each day wishing her good luck and asking her how she did. The breakfasts were delicious, the rooms so comfortable, and the entire grounds impeccably kept. We’ll definitely go back!」

「The Spectrum Resort townhome was excellent! We loved every minute of our stay there. We also had Mobile Spa come to the townhome while we were staying there. It was fabulous! We plan to return! One request is to stock extra blankets.」

「1. They would try their very best to sell you their hotel club program, it will cost you 2 hrs to listen to them. 2. And their breakfast is awful, no need to try. 3. No one helped you tidy up your room no matter how many days you stay there, only 1 washing powder you would get. 4. They have a ticket office to book many recreational program (including Disney tickets),don't trust. It is not cheaper than the Disney official websites, and their system is a mess, my tickets bought from them, could...

「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...
