my family loved this hotel came out for my daughter 2nd birthday and you honestly don’t have to leave to have a good time they have a park a waterpark, a regular pool, mini golf a Arcade room, a activity room and a lazy river! not to far from our destination to her party!

The first room we got had roaches so the manager was awesome and ordered us a pizza while we waited for another room the next room was clean and had no bugs the stairwells did reek of urine idk why but the pool and waterpark are very nice the staff is sweet and helpful I’d say just don’t get a bottom floor room the moisture lances it smell like mold and feels damp top floor is best

I love the setup of the rooms queen bed with bunkbeds. The water park is open from 12-6. They have free shuttle bus to take you to sea world and other parks. They have free breakfast if you like boiled eggs and cereal.

Nice place to spend a staycation. Our room was clean. Bed was comfy and staff are amazing. Would suggest a trash can in room. We were very pleased with everything. It is a older establishment but you can tell the staff really care. Will be back!

Could be cleaner, maintenance is not being kept up. Understaffed but people were nice enough. We were frequent visitors previously and had hoped since the Ramada brand take over things would improve. Disappointed to learn its actually declined further. This will be our last visit.

Our room did not have a working TV. They switched us to another room, that sink did not work properly and basically ran full to overflowing with brushing your teeth. The tub was not as clean either. Though the water park was lots of fun, there was a ring around the perimeter of the pool, similar to what you see when you need to clean your bathroom.

Spiders and spider webs around the room doors and etc. Room not really cleaned, kids hooked up their Playstation and it was a bunch of trash and garments behind the dresser. The water park was closed and wasn't informed until AFTER I paid for the room and wasn't allowed a refund. That was the whole purpose for booking 5his particular hotel. I could've just went to Coco Key on International Drive. The breakfast was only boiled eggs, toast, biscuits, and yogurt...what the hell was that really?!?!? And giving breakfast passes as if it's really good food being served. I have contacted Corp and hopefully someone will have some type of resolution soon because this wasn't what was advertised and I will not be staying there again.

The room was good, it was clean and great size for a family of 5. On our first night the a/c was not cooling but I called the front desk and it was fix within the hour. We had a few encounters with the staff and the customer service was not good. They’re under staffed and wait times for the food were too long 45 minutes + and super pricey. The complimentary breakfast was terrible, even the kids complained about the pancakes being dry and too hard. Overall it was not good stay and we’re probably not staying there again.

I stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Hotel & Water Park and honestly it was disappointing. First, the water park was okay and clean, which was probably the best part of the stay. But the bar wasn’t open and the restaurant was closed too. The free breakfast was nasty. The boiled eggs were overcooked, the orange juice from the machine tasted bad, and the pancakes tasted like frozen pancakes heated up. If you wanted a better breakfast, you had to pay extra for it. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations

The water park looks in good shape, we just stayed for a night and didn’t intend on using it but out overall impression of the hotel was not great. It’s not the cleanest, it’s old and grubby feeling. The playground is really dirty and the continental breakfast was just yogurt and toast. We wouldn’t go back

The breakfast was not continental. We had boiled eggs &toast everyday coffee juice and cereal. Horrible selection. Room was clean but needed a serious update windowsills old and metal rot. Family friendly experience though since the place is cheaper guest experiences can vary because of guest at hotel. They claim they are still affiliated with Flamingo and the manager Carlos does not get back to no one. Transportation to the parks did not happen. Hotel was apologetic because Carlos no reply.

First night, our room was given to another family after we checked in. Found the family outside of my room & my key inactive. Our first full day, we rented a cabana and the fan sagged so low you couldn’t use it. One of teenagers got a nonalcoholic drink from the bar and found a hair in it, when returned, they made her another drink and charged full price. The bartender said “hair is free, $4 please”. The same day, the fire alarm went off around 6 pm and could not be disabled until 10pm. My family of 6 stayed for 5 nights and we had to ask for new towels, we were told that we wouldn’t get them. Explained that we needed them since there was so many of us staying so many days. Got those exchanged. House keeping never came to our room, no cleaning supplies in the room. The park is outdated and the hours of the water park varied. Our key to the room stopped working multiple times. The only reason why we stayed was the park was decent enough for the kids to play. I was seriously disappointed as a mother.
