We pull up to a motel that was once a Flamingos and now has a tarp over the original sign with the new Ramada name on it. The whole place was sketchy, we left the same night we checked in. We did not use the so called water park and are now being charged an added fee of $165 PER DAY. We left and let the front desk know we where checking out that same night. We have contacted Expedia which have been no help. I would steer clear from this place!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Rooms were disgusting, doors didnt lock probably. Staff were rude. The amenities are nothing like pictured. Everything is under maintained! The breakfast well, I wouldnt feed it to my dog! There was a dirty smelly water leak in the roof of the breakfast room! This is the space you serve FOOD! Massive healthcode violation. I would tell everyone not to stay here! Horrible Experience!

We arrived and the first room assigned smelled horrible with mold and my mother and daughter were coughing immediately as well. The complimentary shuttle bus was full and never received transportation to theme parks. The resort fee was pricey and the waterpark was not functional. They will open the water park at noon with only 1 slide opening at 2 pm so everyone was upset. The breakfast that was included was just boiled eggs toasted breads and cereal. You could choose but it felt so upsetting as there was never a single fruit offering. Overall was not so good but I had already done the reservation and I couldn’t be moving my young daughter and 79 year mother who is also undergoing chemotherapy and I wanted for her to have some time off away from home and the hospital but this was expensive and not good at all!!

The property is a bit run-down, but overall good for the money. The hot tub was broken, the kiddie pool was closed off/ not working, and the outdoor chess was missing 4 pieces. The slides were not opened past 5:00 on most days, and advertised differently.

No one spoke much English people yelling half night my door got hit a couple times through night very run down checked out a day early because couldn’t do it any more and still got charged for the night I didn’t stay

Most slide were down. Pool and hot tub was dirty a used pad was in the filter of hot tub. They have a restaurant inside but you have to order at tiki bar. Chicken was undercooked we just threw away and went to sleep. Seems like they are trying to update and make it nice but it’s far from it. Staff was super helpful and greeted us with a smile never frustrated with questions or problem's always eager to solve the issue fast. The highlight of the stay definitely was the staff.

This was probably the most amazing motel in its heigh day…like in the 1970s. Walls were paper thin, the beds had a funky smell, the faucet in the bathroom had a slow drip, probably for years with the rust stain in the tub. The Expedia page really fooled me. Clearly Wyndham had just bought a dying property because they just had pasted a falling down sign over “The Flamingo”. The breakfast was hard boiled eggs, almost rotten fruit salad, definitely not homemade biscuits and something that maybe was gravy or yogurt? The coffee was a syrup that was mixed with water through a machine (they had to replace). Also people were HOARDING food so there wasn’t even much available and wasn’t being replaced but the family of 3 next to use seemed pretty confident they were going to eat all 18 eggs they took themselves. Would never recommend and we were so glad to leave.

Pictures are deceiving, property is run down and could use updating. Upon check in I was given a room that was either occupied or hadn't been cleaned - the beds were not made and there was a water bottle on the night stand. Was provided another room that was dirty, had hair by the tub, floor didn't appear to be washed. Ledges were dirty and unwiped.

Was not as it is advertised at all! Run down, put bathroom was so dirty and has rust everywhere, the kiddie pool looked like it’s not been cleaned in months, the kids slides outside are literally chipping apart. The kids activity rooms were nice- but it definitely was not worth the $$$!!!

1 slide was shut down, 1 section of the splash pad was shutdown. they stop the waterslides 30 min before they close - which is way too early. They charge you a resort fee at least it should be in working condition.

Friendly staff, but management’s cost-cutting will be this establishment’s detriment. The rooms receive room service every 3 days, your towels have to be exchanged at the front desk for fresh ones, the only working area of the theme park was the lazy river, pool, and hot tub, which was reportedly yellow. You bring your own towels to the theme park. I always saw the restaurant closed but it opened for breakfast, with the free breakfast consisting of whole boiled eggs, bread for toast, cereal, biscuits, and small cups for apple or orange juice and coffee. Fellow vacationers attempted to file a complaint with management due to issues like the theme park not being open, the laundry room not being open, the hot tub water being yellow, etc but they were told to leave contact info because management was not on the property. I won’t be returning or recommending.

The breakfast menu was poor. The coffee was bad. There was a leak in the restaurant area. I ended up eating breakfast at an outside location.
