I have a mainly positive review of the property, with some mixed feelings.
The first person to greet us at the front desk was so rude that I was close to give up the reservation and leave. But the next one and every one after her, were super nice.
Cleaning crew were definitely underpaid and exhausted.
Room was clean when we checked in, there was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the bathroom and I had to ask for it. Rooms were regularly cleaned nicely.
Breakfast had a good variety every day, and everything was always available, but the quality of the items wasn't good.
I used the gym, which was cleaned, and had adequate supply of towels, but there was no wipes available to clean the equipment after use.
Yoga matt was very dirty and not usable.
I used the laundry room. It was clean, but there was no soap available for purchase.
And we used the parking. On the website it was advertised that parking is $24 per day, but it was $27. Considering this property was located so far from main attractions, it would be nice if there was a lower cos.
Generally speaking, hotel was nice and we might come back. But I highly recommend a proper compensation to their staff. It was a sad scene.
