「I liked being right in the middle of all the shops and attractions. Everything was within walking distance. If I stay again, I will bring a folding wagon to transport my luggage over the brick sidewalks from the parking to the hotel.」

「I LOVED the Salem Inn. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was such an amazing addition and the staff were friendly and helpful. The witches brew coffee was a fun way to start a day in Salem. I stayed in the Curwen House and it had a sherry nightcap available every evening - which was such a cute and fun touch. The location is perfect because it is right downtown, without being on top of the action - so you can walk 5 minutes but still have your quiet room at...

「They added a $10 a day parking fee. The other hotel chains I normally stay at don't do that. They also advertise free internet but you need to make an account to access it. The speeds for their "free" package were so slow that even watching Netflix on their room TV kept buffering and dropping quality. The staff were very nice and the hotel was clean but I wouldn't stay again with Marriot or this location.」

「A door placard should be in each room to let the maids know I want my room cleaned and towels replaced! We were there for three nights and had to ask for clean towels and trash to be removed!」

「The room was great- exactly as described. The gentleman owner was kind - lived on the premises and spent a lot of our stay mowing the lawn and working in the gardens. Would be a bit uncomfortable for femme people traveling alone, but a good set up for people looking for conversation or company. 」
