「Generally ok. Hotel seemed low on resources. Check in closes after 6pm and no one on site; it felt deserted. That said, we were welcomed with very a friendly, informed, efficient front of house - coffee tea and water available. 「The reason we picked this hotel was because the expedia listing said it provided an airport shuttle. When we got to Boston and and called for the shuttle they said they do not provide an airport shuttle and we have to take a cab or uber. Everything else with this hotel (room, staff, food) was fine. But the false advertising made us make a false choice.」
