「I was there from March 19th- April 20th and my room was only cleaned twice. The two times were on Wednesday and Friday if the same week. I was scheduling my stays weekly the shortest reservation was fir 5 days. The remainging reservations were 7 or 8 days. I had requested numerous times to get housekeeping services but it never happened. One of those weeks i was woken up at 10:20 pm and was told that my card had been declined. 「Arrived to a friendly welcome, on arrived to my room found a clean and lovely layed out. With the kitchen to the left fridge dishwasher cooker and draws with all you need to wardrobe to the right. On entering to the main part a 4 persons table and chairs , tv and draws two comfortable beds that we sleep well in and charging points for phones and things. Then a bathroom with walk in shower and every thing lovely and clean with a good surply of towels and hair dryer would recommend to any one it...

「Enjoyed our stay. The condo was in great condition and had necessary utensils we needed. We had a 21st floor one bedroom unit (I heard the higher the better). Great views. Check in was smooth until we had to talk to the concierge. We had read the reviews that noted this pushy concierge tactic. Luckily- We ended up spending two minutes with her as we told her that we are members with Hilton Grand Vacations and have no interest in another time-share condo affiliation. 「It was a very nice place to stay. Quiet and easy access to the gorgeous beach. But, please use quality toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towels. And when someone is staying for 3 nights, leave 3 makeup remover towelettes not just 2. The same with coffee. Why would you only leave 2 packs of coffee for a 3 night stay? That doesn’t even make any sense. 」
