Not bad at all

The room was not bad at all we went for bike week just me and husband. It was our first time staying there. Great location. Great staff. With all the reviews I was kinda nervous but overall great experience. Rooms need updated but I will stay again

We saw some of the other reviews and were really scared it would be bad. But we got there and it was very nice, clean the building is old but they keep it very clean. I slept like a rock!

A good way to know what it’s like to live in poverty is staying at this hotel. The only good part is that it’s by the beach. Pictures are very misleading.

It is a sleep only place .. the room was clean but everything was falling apart ! It could be a great place .. it has an amazing view .. ocean view and great parking too .. but it is falling apart is a shame .. it has so much potential!

Bad Experience

The Hotel is closed and blocked off. The company that owns the property (Seahaven Beach Resorts) is up the street. But you do not know that until you arrive at the desolate building.

The chicken was easy and the people at the Reef where we checked in we’re very nice. It was very hard to get towels or anything extra because we could not find housekeeping. I guess we just didn’t catch them early enough in the morning but our stay was fine. The pool was nice and the beach was very nice.

This is the worst example of a hotel I have ever seen . I have traveled extensively and can tolerate most but the smell alone was sickening !

Hotel needs so much updating. Very disappointed!

The hotel itself was out of date, kind of disappointing but the staff was absolutely stupendous! The front desk clerk made sure my family and I was absolutely comfortable! She deserves a raise! My cousin is a retired sergeant and I work in law enforcement, we love comfort, and the clerk did everything in her power to make that happen. Thank you.

We like the parking but we had a lot of mold on the blinds and the floors were very sandy and sticky and nobody cleaned the rooms and we were only given 1 towel per visitor for a 4 night stay. We had to go to the other locations to get more towels and had to buy our own toilet paper.

Location is great - price is good for being at the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful and offered to compensate for some issues which we took as fair. However, we also discovered in the morning there was no hot water. That one is hard to fix ....
